When you sign our Work Agreement, we ask for a 10% deposit to secure your project. This deposit helps us prepare and plan for your upcoming build. What’s more, it’s fully refundable for 14 days from the date of signing, giving you plenty of time to feel confident about moving forward.
Once we begin construction, we request 50% of the project cost on the start date. This allows us to cover materials, labor, and other expenses as we bring your project to life.
The remaining balance isn’t due until the project is complete and has passed the final inspection required to close the permit. This ensures you’re fully satisfied with the results before making the final payment.
